The beach in front of the hotel is municipal and the hotel staff doesn't care for it's cleanness. A lot of litter in the sand. The sea itself is choppy and the water is not clean, but I think it's all the same along Sanya bay. One day after the storm we saw there horseshoe crabs driven ashore. If you want a clear blue sea you should definetly go to Yalong Bay. We had an early flight, but the hotel staff refused to help us order a taxi, because I can't speak Chinese. First they said they don't know taxi phone numbers and when I wrote them a few numbers they refused to call them. Instead they offered me their own transfer car for 100 RMB (!). The airport is 10 mins drive away and with a taxi it would cost only 15-20 RMB. Definetely wouldn't recommend stay here.

Pleasant surprise - got a free upgrade and totally enjoyed it! Perfect spot for a quick city getaway here. the hotel is conveniently close to everything I wanted to check out. 🌟 Definitely a recommendation for my family and pals!

Only 1 mile from Holiday Watersports. Room met expectation. We think we recommend to anyone. The hotel was right by Sanya train station...

Close to the airport. Our flight reached late night so was good to be able to get to the hotel in a short while and relax. The beach is right across the road from the hotel property and the pools in the hotel are good. Our room faced the sea (Sea View) and we had a very good view from our window/balcony.

Staff were not very cordial. Most could not speak English. 1 Welcome drink is complimentary. However as we got in late the bar was closed and we were told to hold on to the coupon for next morning. When we requested if we can get the welcome drink in the morning and take it out to the beach, they refused and insisted it be consumed at the bar only. So finally the welcome drink became the farewll drink. Also in the morning they gave us a choice of several beverages, but by the time we got the checkout and actually get the welcome drink a different bartender had narrowed the choices to only 3 drinks (coke, sprite and ice tea).

Staff are friendly and try their best to help although limited understanding of English. If you do not speak Chinese, ask for their F&B Director, Frankie, or Billy the Cafe Manager who speak relatively good English and they are good people to help you. Their beachfront is very quite, though not exclusive or private.

The food in their F&B outlet is nothing to scream about. In fact it needs lots of improvement. Their location makes it difficult to walk out to other restaurants. The concierge recommendation that you take their regular car hire is not a good choice as the car is dirty and the driver tries to rip you off. This is not the hotel car but a private hirer. Using a taxi is safe and the price is reasonable if you have them run the meter even if the concierge tries to tell you otherwise.

This hotel offers a truly relaxing getaway in a beautiful garden setting right on the beach. the location is perfect and just a short taxi ride into Sanya central. Rooms are spacious, cleaned daily and offer stunning views from the balcony. the breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the pool and beach are fantastic for lazy days. They even provide towels to use at the pool.

It's a shame some of the staff don't speak very good English which can be frustrating at times, but they are friendly and always willing to help.

Staying at this hotel was an exceptional experience. the service was impeccable, and the staff took care of my needs expertly. I had a great time swimming in the crystal-clear pool, and the lounge area was the perfect place to unwind. My room was outfitted with luxurious amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. the restaurant on the premises served up a delicious variety of international cuisine, which exceeded my expectations. the private facilities were top-notch, allowing me to indulge in an exclusive and memorable stay. the location advantages could not be better with easy access to the beach and the town center, all within a short distance.

Generally the buffet breakfast was very good, although some days they did not have all western style foods. The room was a good size and enjoyed excellent view of the ocean and pool. F&B was reasonably priced. THe hotel is conveniently close to airport.

Front Office staff were somewhat rude when checking in. They insisted, in a very arrogant manner, I pay a deposit on my credit card otherwise they'd not provide a room. After losing my temper, they provided my room without deposit, but not a pleasant experience. The hotel is a fair distance from the city and it is often difficult to find a taxi. Despite this, it is generally a nice hotel and the staff are friendly and do their best to please guests. Certainly a better quality than neighboring hotels.

The hotel offered a great indoor playground which was perfect for my kids to play and enjoy. the swimming pool was fantastic, free towels and water toys were a great addition. the hotel was located near the beach which was very beautiful with nice sand and chairs. We loved the fact that the location was very peaceful and relaxing.

The food in the restaurant was not good. We were disappointed with the limited and unappealing selection at breakfast, which was very Chinese style.

I liked the room facilities particularly the shower. Easy access to the swimming pool and beach.

I did not like the difficulty in getting a taxi to the city centre. I was directed out to the beach side road where 3 black cars were waiting but when I tried to use an official taxi, it was obvious that the taxi driver was scared and would not take the my fare. So against better judgement I tried one of the black cars. He did not take me to the place I wanted to go instead he took me to some large store, probably owned by his uncle. I refused to get out and so we went back to the hotel.
